The picture that is really dark with circles of haze was taken on the gravel (uphill) trail right after Angela past.
The dark picture where you can see the orange running vest and some blonde hair is Catherine finishing her first leg in Portland. I hadn't properly accounted for her running speed!
It's so great to see some pics from van #2! Great job on documenting the entire trip for the blog. I love the pic of the bikini man and merrill. So funny!
